This is evident with the use of bells ringing for playtime, lunchtime and home time, and during a fire drill, where the bell rings continuously to remind everyone of danger. In the classroom the teachers and teaching support staff use different ways to gain the attention of the children by clapping, clicking fingers, tapping the table or using a musical instrument like a tambourine.
